The Power of No.

We get what we allow, let this truth grow.

The cure for corruption is learning to say no.

For the power of life is the power to choose,

And the first step of freedom is learning to refuse.

It isn’t destruction, it isn’t despair,

It’s the courage to stand up and no longer bear.

“No” is a shield, “No” is a stand,

The strength of refusal, the power in hand.

When one heart says no, the echo is small,

But millions of “No’s” can transform it all.

Sometimes the greatest power we know,

Is found in just two letters: NO.
